What is the scope of your responsibilities and how did you join EPOS?
I’m working on two projects dealing with improving blood services in Pakistan and Kyrgyzstan as the team leader of the EPOS team; additionally I am the public health expert in an infrastructure project in Malawi.
I came to the company when a team member left a project and EPOS was looking for a replacement in its expert data base.
What has been your most important experience while working at EPOS?
Having a good and constant back-stopper over a long time who has been able to solve all crisis situations with me – a lot of freedom in making management decisions – and the experience that my opinion was valued and my comments regarding the company and the projects were
How would you describe working as part of the EPOS team?
Not anonymous – informal and cordial relationships – a relatively constant pool of experts and back-stoppers – and trust and reliability
