Vietnam: Activities Marking Physicians' Day

Monday, February 27, 2017

Activities in Vietnam marking Physicians' Day take place annually on February 27th with flowers or other tokens of recognition given to physicians to recognise the contributions they make towards individual lives and communities.

In the context of the KfW-funded ‘Decentralised Health Care Systems Telemedicine Project at Viet Duc Hospital to Provincial Hospitals’, EPOS Health Management commemorated Physicians’ Day by presenting flower bouquets to the main counterparts at the hospital, Dr Chinh Nguyen Duc, Deputy Chief of Planning and Prof. Dr Tran Binh Giang, Director of Viet Duc University Hospital.

EPOS is pleased to uphold this 62-year old Vietnamese tradition, and says “cảm ơn nhiều!“ (thank you very much!) to the doctors at VDUH.
